색 견본 커맨드의 null 허용 경고 정리

Command 가 받는 대리자는 Action<object> 인데 람다를 object? 로 선언해 CS8622 가 났다.
파라미터는 항상 견본이 오지만 바인딩이 어긋날 때를 대비한 형 검사는 그대로 둔다.
